Article 38.--CRIMES AFFECTING GOVERNMENTAL FUNCTIONS

      21-3850.   Defense of actions. Offers of repayment or repayment occurring after the filing of criminal charges of payments, goods, services, items, facilities or accommodations wrongfully obtained shall not constitute a defense to or ground for dismissal of criminal charges brought pursuant to this act.
