21-3760. Maintenance of a common nuisance. (a) Maintenance of a common nuisance is maintaining or assisting in the maintenance of a common nuisance as described by K.S.A. 22-3901 and amendments thereto.
(b) Maintenance of a common nuisance is a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for not more than one year or by a fine not exceeding $25,000, or by both.
(c) This section shall be part of and supplemental to the Kansas criminal code.
