Chapter 19.--COUNTIES AND COUNTY OFFICERS
Article 19.--JAILS

      19-1909.   Cost of keeping civil prisoner. The cost of keeping a defendant imprisoned by civil process shall be taxed as costs in the action at the rate of one dollar and fifty cents ($1.50) per day.
