Chapter 17.--CORPORATIONS
Article 76.--LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANIES

      17-76,140.   Effective date. From and after January 1, 2000, this act shall be applicable to all limited liability companies formed in Kansas, whether formed before or after such date.
