Chapter 17.--CORPORATIONS
Article 76.--LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANIES

      17-7665.   Exclusive right to use of name; reserved; fee. The exclusive right to the use of a name may be reserved in the same manner as corporation names are reserved as set forth in K.S.A. 17-7402, and amendments thereto. A fee of $20 shall be paid at the time of the reservation of any name.
