17-2267. Transfer of documents from insurance commissioner to credit union administrator. On the effective date of this act, all documents previously filed with the state insurance commissioner by any guarantee corporation as a condition for doing business pursuant to this act and then held by the commissioner shall be transferred to the administrator and any deposit held by the commissioner pursuant to this act on behalf of a guarantee corporation shall be transferred to the administrator and the commissioner shall thereafter be relieved of all responsibility for the records, deposit and regulation of such guarantee corporation.
