Article 12.--FARM EQUIPMENT DEALERSHIP AGREEMENTS

      16-1201.   Purpose. The purpose of this act is to prevent arbitrary or abusive conduct and to preserve and enhance the reasonable expectations for success in the business of distributing farm equipment.
