Article 17.--BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES AND GROUNDS

      12-17,119.   Same; interlocal agreements. Any two or more municipalities may agree pursuant to K.S.A. 12-2901 et seq., and amendments thereto, to exercise the powers and duties authorized by this act.
