12-1744c. Same; certification of issuance and verification by bond counsel. Upon the issuance of revenue bonds for which notice is required to be filed pursuant to K.S.A. 12-1744a, and amendments thereto, a certificate evidencing such issuance shall be filed with the chief judge of the state court of tax appeals, along with verification thereof by the appropriate bond counsel within 15 days after the date of such issuance.
