Chapter 12.--CITIES AND MUNICIPALITIES
Article 10.--CITY-MANAGER PLAN

      12-1001.   Adoption of commission-manager plan; election. All cities which shall adopt the provisions of this act, by a majority of all electors voting at a special election called for that purpose, or at any general election, shall be governed by the provisions of this act.
