2006 Kansas Code - 9-2017

      9-2017.   Legal services; penalty for soliciting or advertising. It shall be unlawful for any bank or trust company to solicit or advertise its willingness or ability to perform services of a legal nature; any bank or trust company violating this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
