2006 Kansas Code - 9-1718
9-1718. Change of chief executive, report to commissioner. Every bank and trust company shall report promptly to the commissioner any change, for whatever reason, in the chief executive officer or directors, including in its report a statement of the past and current business and professional affiliations of the new chief executive officer or directors.
