2006 Kansas Code - 9-1710

      9-1710.   Rewards, bank robbers and burglars. The commissioner may aid and assist local officers and private citizens in securing the detection, apprehension and conviction of bank robbers or bank burglars and to that end the commissioner is authorized to offer rewards or contribute moneys for the apprehension and conviction of such criminals: Provided, That the commissioner shall not expend more than $1,000 in rewards in any one robbery or burglary.
