2006 Kansas Code - 9-1706

      9-1706.   Annual report to commissioner. Each bank and trust company shall prepare and forward to the commissioner before the thirty-first day of January in each year a verified statement showing the receipts and disbursements of each bank and trust company for the preceding year. This statement shall be in such form as the commissioner shall prescribe.
