2006 Kansas Code - 9-536

      9-536.   Same; subject to change of control provisions. An applicant filing an application pursuant to K.S.A. 9-532 and amendments thereto also shall be subject to K.S.A. 9-1719 through 9-1724 and amendments thereto to the extent applicable.
