2006 Kansas Code - 9-510

      9-510.   Same; engaging in business; locations; list of agents. Any person complying with the provisions of this act may engage in such business at one or more locations in this state and through or by means of such agents as such person may designate and appoint from time to time. A verified list of agents shall be furnished annually to the bank commissioner by persons operating hereunder, on a date prescribed by said commissioner. No such agent shall be required to comply with the provisions of this act.
