82a-2002. Establishment of classified stream segments; use of such. Notwithstanding any other provisions of law and in addition to the powers of the secretary pursuant to K.S.A. 65-171d, and amendments thereto, the secretary shall establish classified stream segments in Kansas and, following such classification, designate use of such classified stream segments pursuant to K.S.A. 2005 Supp. 82a-2003 and 82a-2004, and amendments thereto.
