8-1332. Identification cards; cancellation of cards; defined. (a) When used in reference to an identification card, "cancellation" means that an identification card is terminated without prejudice and must be surrendered. Cancellation of a card may be made when such card has been issued through error, because the person is not entitled to a card or when voluntarily surrendered to the division.
(b) The division is hereby authorized to cancel any identification card upon determining that the cardholder was not entitled to the issuance of such card or that the cardholder failed to give the required or correct information in such person's application or committed any fraud in making such application.
(c) Upon cancellation of an identification card the cardholder must surrender the identification card so canceled to the division.
