2006 Kansas Code - 8-250
8-250. Authority of division to cancel license; surrender of license. (a) The division is hereby authorized to cancel any driver's license upon determining that the licensee was not entitled to the issuance thereof or that said licensee failed to give the required or correct information in his or her application or committed any fraud in making such application.
(b) Upon cancellation of a driver's license, the licensee must surrender the driver's license so canceled to the division.
