2006 Kansas Code - 8-166

      8-166.   Registration of antique vehicles; definitions. The following words and phrases when used in this act shall for the purpose of this act have the following meaning:

      (a)   "Antique." Any vehicle more than thirty-five (35) years old, propelled by a motor using petroleum fuel, steam or electricity or any combination thereof.

      (b)   "Person." Every natural person, firm, copartnership, association, corporation, club or organization.

      (c)   The words and phrases defined in K.S.A. 8-126 and 8-126a when used in this act shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them by said sections.
