2006 Kansas Code - 79-4509

      79-4509.   Same; maximum property tax refund. In the event property taxes accrued, rent constituting property taxes accrued or their sum exceeds $600 for a household in any one year, the amount thereof shall, for purposes of this act, be deemed to have been $600.
