79-15,133. Same; preparation of return by director. If any person fails to make a return required by this act or by regulations prescribed thereunder, but consents to disclose all information necessary for the preparation thereof, the director may prepare such return. After such return is signed by the person, such return may be received by the director as the return of the person.
