2006 Kansas Code - 77-605

      77-605.   Effective date. This act takes effect on July 1, 1984, and does not govern proceedings for judicial review and civil enforcement of agency actions pending on that date. In accordance with K.S.A. 77-603, this act governs all proceedings for judicial review and civil enforcement of agency actions commenced after that date.
