2006 Kansas Code - 76-1931

      76-1931.   Same; member refusing to vacate premises, when; forfeiture of rights. If any member of such soldiers' home shall refuse to vacate the premises upon receiving a furlough from the officers designated to enforce the rules and regulations, such refusal shall constitute a forfeiture of his or her right to remain in the home and such member shall be forthwith discharged by the Kansas veterans' commission.
