2006 Kansas Code - 76-1102a
76-1102a. Summer training program; tuition, fees and charges; duration. The state board of education is hereby authorized to establish and conduct at the Kansas state school for the blind, a summer training program for blind persons. Tuition, fees, charges for maintenance and the length of the summer program shall be set by said state board.
