2006 Kansas Code - 76-392
76-392. Contracts to provide services for university press; exemption. Contracts entered into by the university of Kansas for the acquisition of typesetting, printing, binding and related services for the university press of Kansas shall be subject to the competitive bid requirements of K.S.A. 75-3739 and amendments thereto and shall not be subject to the provisions of K.S.A. 75-1005 and amendments thereto.
