2006 Kansas Code - 75-7418

      75-7418.   Division and director of health policy and finance abolished. On July 1, 2006, the division of health policy and finance and the office of the director of health policy and finance established within the department of administration by K.S.A. 2005 Supp. 75-7406, and amendments thereto, are hereby abolished.
