75-7417. Same; liability for compensation of transferred personnel. [See Revisor's Note] Liability for accrued compensation or salaries of each officer and employee who is transferred to the department of administration under K.S.A. 2005 Supp. 75-7416, and amendments thereto, shall be assumed and paid by the department of administration on July 1, 2005, or on the date of the transfer, whichever is later.
