2006 Kansas Code - 75-7038

      75-7038.   Grants to counties for juvenile community correctional services. On and after July 1, 1997, the commissioner of juvenile justice may make grants from the juvenile justice community initiative fund, created in K.S.A75-7033, and amendments thereto, to counties for the development, implementation, operation and improvement of juvenile community correctional services including, but not limited to, restitution programs, victim services programs, balanced and restorative justice programs, preventive or diversionary correctional programs, community juvenile corrections centers and facilities for the detention or confinement, care or treatment of juveniles being detained or adjudged to be a juvenile offender.
