2006 Kansas Code - 75-5956

      75-5956.   Same; accessibility of services; application; procedure. The secretary of aging shall ensure statewide service access is available in a timely manner and shall adopt an application procedure for long-term care services which presumes the eligibility of persons applying for long-term care services from the date of application.
