2006 Kansas Code - 75-5949

      75-5949.   Same; transfer of appropriations, resources and obligations. Pursuant to the transition plan provided for by K.S.A. 75-5948, the secretary of social and rehabilitation services shall transfer from the department of social and rehabilitation services to the department on aging all applicable appropriations, resources and obligations associated with these programs.
