2006 Kansas Code - 75-5376

      75-5376.   Cooperation of other state agencies. For the purposes of this act and within the limits of appropriations and resources available therefor, all agencies and officers of the state and political subdivisions thereof shall cooperate fully with the secretary of social and rehabilitation services.
