      75-5328a.   Purchase of insurance insuring volunteers in family foster care program. The secretary of the department of social and rehabilitation services may procure a policy of accident, personal liability and excess automobile liability insurance insuring volunteers participating in the family foster care program against loss in accordance with specifications of department of administration guidelines. Such agency may purchase such policy of insurance independent of the committee on surety bonds and insurance without complying with K.S.A. 75-3738 to 75-3744, inclusive, and amendments thereto.
