2006 Kansas Code - 75-5326

      75-5326.   Same; annual report. The secretary of social and rehabilitation services shall make an annual report to the governor and to the legislature concerning the activities of the division during the preceding calendar year, together with any findings and recommendations relating to the needs of children and youth in the state.
