2006 Kansas Code - 75-4504

      75-4504.   Same; uniforms and badges. The superintendent of the highway patrol shall prescribe the style, material and the color of uniforms and the design of badges and the state shall furnish a uniform and badge of office to be worn by all members of the capitol area security patrol.
