75-37,134. Same; use of federal funds. Nothing in K.S.A. 2005 Supp. 75-37,132 or 75-37,133, and amendments thereto, shall be construed to allow federal grant moneys received by a state agency to be handled differently from any other moneys of the state unless the requirements of the applicable federal grant specifically require such federal moneys to be handled differently.
