75-3347. Same; duty of secretary; reason for conveyance. The instruments of conveyance quitclaiming, releasing and remising the real estate described in K.S.A. 75-3346 shall be executed in the name of the secretary of social and rehabilitation services. Said secretary shall execute the quitclaim deed for the reason that such real estate is no longer needed or used for purposes which existed on the date the United States of America, grantor, conveyed such real estate and appurtenances to the department of social and rehabilitation services.
