2006 Kansas Code - 75-3141

      75-3141.   Livestock commissioner; compensation. The livestock commissioner shall devote full time to the discharge of official duties, and shall be within the unclassified service under the Kansas civil service act. The commissioner's compensation shall be determined by the Kansas animal health board, subject to the approval of the governor.
