75-3120h. Salaries of judges of court of appeals. (a) The annual salary of the chief judge of the court of appeals and each of the other judges of the court of appeals shall be paid in equal installments each payroll period in accordance with this section.
(b) Except as otherwise provided in K.S.A. 75-3120l and amendments thereto, the annual salary of the chief judge of the court of appeals shall be $81,235.
(c) Except as otherwise provided in K.S.A. 75-3120l and amendments thereto, the annual salary of the other judges of the court of appeals shall be $79,079.
