2006 Kansas Code - 75-2581

      75-2581.   Same; annual report by board. On or before November 1, 1981, and on or before November 1 of each year thereafter, the board shall forward to the governor, the president of the senate, the speaker of the house and the board of regents a report concerning interlibrary cooperation and resource sharing, as they expressly relate to the matters set forth in K.S.A. 75-2580. This report may also include comments on the funding and other needs of the state library, libraries under the control of the board of regents, public libraries, regional systems of cooperating libraries, community college libraries, public school libraries, private college libraries, the library of Washburn university of Topeka, and special libraries, as such funding and other needs relate to questions of interlibrary cooperation and resource sharing. The state librarian, the board of regents, and the department of education shall cooperate fully with the board in the preparation of this report.
