2006 Kansas Code - 75-1252

      75-1252.   Qualification statements of architects and consultants; annual submission to commission. In the procurement of architectural services, the secretary of administration shall encourage firms engaged in the lawful practice of their profession to submit to the secretary and to the state building advisory commission annually a statement of qualifications and performance data. Such statement shall include the qualifications and performance data of all consultants the firm proposes to use.
