2006 Kansas Code - 74-7030

      74-7030.   Civil enforcement of act. Whenever in the judgment of the board any person has engaged in, or is about to engage in, any acts or practices which constitute, or will constitute, a violation of this act, or any rules and regulations of the board, the board may make application to the district court, without giving bond, for civil enforcement of the act or rules and regulations in accordance with the act for judicial review and civil enforcement of agency actions.
