2006 Kansas Code - 74-7028

      74-7028.   Notice of denial, suspension or revocation of license or certificate of authorization; appeals. Notice of the action of the board in denying, suspending or revoking a license or certificate of authorization issued under K.S.A. 74-7036, and amendments thereto, shall be given in accordance with the provisions of the Kansas administrative procedure act. Any person aggrieved by any decision of the board may appeal such action in accordance with the provisions of the act for judicial review and civil enforcement of agency actions.
