2006 Kansas Code - 74-6707

      74-6707.   Same; executive director; offices; personnel. The secretary of commerce shall appoint an executive director of the commission and the commission shall designate the duties of the position. The secretary of commerce shall provide office space and such clerical and other personnel as may be necessary for the efficient performance of the duties prescribed by this act. All personnel serving the commission shall be in the classified service.
