2006 Kansas Code - 74-6701

      74-6701.   Commission on disability concerns established within the department of commerce; budgeting and management functions; expenditures. (a) There is hereby established within and as a part of the department of commerce the commission on disability concerns.

      (b)   All budgeting, purchasing and related management functions of the commission shall be administered under the direction of the secretary of commerce. All vouchers for expenditures and all payrolls of the commission shall be approved by the chairperson of the commission, or by a person or persons designated by the chairperson, and by the secretary of commerce.
