2006 Kansas Code - 74-5820

      74-5820.   Hearing on suspension or revocation of certificate or license; suspension or revocation may be set aside; time limit. Before any certificate or license may be suspended or revoked pursuant to K.S.A. 74-5818 and amendments thereto, the board shall give the licensee or certificate holder notice and an opportunity to be heard in accordance with the provisions of the Kansas administrative procedure act. The suspension or revocation of any certificate or license of registration suspended or revoked for any of the above causes except those specified in K.S.A. 74-5808, and amendments thereto, may be set aside upon application of the holder of such certificate or license at any time within six months from the date of such suspension or revocation, upon proof being made to the satisfaction of the board that the cause of such suspension or revocation no longer exists and that the applicant has been sufficiently punished. The board shall not suspend any certificate or license of registration for a period of more than six months.
