2006 Kansas Code - 74-5811

      74-5811.   Qualifications for license applicants; fee required. An applicant for a license shall pay the license application fee provided for in K.S.A. 74-5810a and amendments thereto and shall show to the satisfaction of the board that such applicant:

      (a)   Is 21 years of age or older; and

      (b)   has an education equivalent to a four-year course in an accredited high school.
