2006 Kansas Code - 74-5804
74-5804. Same; records; quorum. The board shall keep a record in which shall be registered the name, residence, place of business, date of issuance of certificate, renewals, revocations and suspensions of every person authorized under this act to practice the fitting of or dispensing of hearing aids. A majority of said board shall constitute a quorum and the proceedings thereof shall be open for public inspection.
