74-2433g. Small claims division hearing officers; appointment and compensation. On and after January 1, 1999, (a) The hearing officers of the small claims division shall be appointed by the executive director of the state board of tax appeals.
(b) Each hearing officer of the small claims division shall receive compensation in an amount determined by the executive director and approved by the board.
