74-2133. Conveyance of building to city of Belle Plaine. The superintendent of the Kansas highway patrol is hereby authorized and directed to convey to the city of Belle Plaine, Kansas, for use by the Belle Plaine recreation organization, the following described property: One aluminum portable building acquired August 1, 1969 and located in section 8, township 35 south, range 1 east, Sumner county, Kansas.
